BHO Manager

BHO stands for Browser Helper Object. A BHO is an add-in program for Internet Explorer. When you use IE (Internet Explorer), it will load all BHOs in your system automatically. Some BHOs are legitimate and facilitate some cool functions to IE, but there are also some BHOs which are adware or spyware. The BHO Manager in Registry Well can easily manage all your BHOs in a central panel and includes three options as below:

  1. Menu Extensions
  2. Toolbar.
  3. Explorer Bars.

To remove one item from your BHOs :

  1. Click the Utilities button at the main window, and then click the BHO Manager tab.
  2. Check an option or three options (by default) if needed at the Display section.
  3. Select one item (by default, all the items are selected) among the listed BHOs at the body frame.
  4. Click the Remove Checked button.

To restore your BHOs to the latest previous settings :

  1. Click the Utilities button at the main window, and then click the BHO Manager tab.
  2. Click the Restore button.
  3. Select the backup file with the latest timestamp.
  4. Click the Restore button.
  5. You can alternatively remove certain backup files if wanted by selecting the file and then clicking the Remove Backup button; or go back to the previous screen by clicking the  Back button.
